Two Microsoft CRM Accelerators released

Microsoft has released two Solution Accelerators for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. Two more Solution Accelerators are being released within the next week, and four more within the next month or so.

Here's what's coming:
  1. CRM Notifications (now available) - subscribe to CRM views and updates via RSS feeds in Outlook, Internet Explorer or a Vista Gadget
  2. Advanced Sales Forecasting (now available) - set goals and sub-goals for sales professionals and teams and use new SQL Reporting Services reports to analyse sales vs. goals
  3. eService (coming next week) - accelerate the deployment of a customer service portal with secure customer login, online case management, online service scheduling and customer profile management
  4. Event Management (coming next week) - manage marketing events online with online registration
  5. Analytics (coming soon) - advanced analytical OLAP reports and SQL Reporting Services dashboards
  6. Enterprise Search - Rapidly configure portal views of CRM data within SharePoint (MOSS) and expose this data to MOSS enterprise search
  7. Business Productivity - A collection of time-saving productivity workflows
  8. Sales Methodologies - Practical Guidance for adoption of third-party sales methodologies such as SPI Solution Selling, Target Account Selling (TAS) and Miller Heiman)

Increase CRM will be deploying the Solution Accelerators internally and then making them available to customers as soon as possible. We'll be announcing available in the next few weeks.
